The Minnesota Orchestra’s popular family concerts are FREE, thanks to generous support from Target. These concerts, many of which feature the Minnesota Orchestra and other great artists, present the world’s finest music in programs sure to delight—as well as teach.

For greater convenience and accessibility to all, free tickets are distributed through a random drawing. The registration period for the first two concerts (The Tin Forest and Swinging Nutcracker) is October 1-8, 2008. The registration period for the final three concerts (The Bernstein Beat, Jazz for Young People^® and Casey at the Bat) is December 10-17, 2008.

Early entries and/or method of entry (phone, online or in-person) do not increase chances of receiving tickets. Limit one entry per household. Anyone is free to attend one of the concerts. Limit of six tickets per household.

When you sign up for our Email Club and select "Family Concerts," we’ll send you notification about Target Free Family Concert registration dates and other family events throughout the year.
