Questions
Q: Do you have on-site catering?
A: No, but we have an open catering policy and will gladly
work with anyone. We would be happy to provide you with a list of
caterers that we have worked with here at Orchestra Hall. If the
caterer that you choose to hire has not used the space at Orchestra
Hall before, we ask that they visit Orchestra Hall prior to your event
date for a walk through.
Q: Do you charge a catering fee to the caterer?
A: No, we do not have any fees associated to catering.
Q: Do you have liquor service?
A: Yes, we have a full service bar. We are setup to serve a
variety of mixed drinks, bottled beer, wines, and many non-alcoholic
options including; pop, bottled water, sparkling water, and coffee.
Q: Do we have to use Orchestra Hall’s bartenders to
serve our drinks?
A: Yes, Orchestra Hall will be in charge of all beverage
services that you will need for your event.
Q: How much does it cost to have a bartender?
A: For a hosted bar, Orchestra Hall will bill you based on the
exact number of drinks served, and a standard 15% gratuity will be
added onto the final bar sale total. If you do not reach the minimum
amount of $400.00 in sales, a $60.00 labor charge will be added onto
the final bill. To have a cash bar, you will just pay a $60.00 labor
charge if your sales do not reach the $400.00 minimum.
Q: Are we allowed to bring in our own alcohol to be
served at Orchestra Hall?
A: Yes, you are allowed to bring in your own alcohol to be
served by our bartenders; however, each bottle of alcohol will be
subject to a $15 corkage fee. If you are to bring in cases (24 packs)
of beer, each case will be subject to a $75 corkage fee. You will be
charged for all of the alcohol brought in regardless of whether or not
you consume all of it during your reception. All alcohol left over (not
consumed) during the event becomes the property of Orchestra Hall and
cannot be returned to the client (due to regulations with our liquor
license).
Q: Are we allowed to special order beer through
Orchestra Hall?
A: Yes, you are allowed to special order beer through
Orchestra Hall. Each bottle of special ordered beer will be billed at
$6 a bottle. You will be charged for every bottle of beer brought in
regardless of whether or not you consume all of it during your
reception. All alcohol left over (not consumed) during the event
becomes the property of Orchestra Hall and cannot be returned to the
client (due to regulations with our liquor license).
Q: What alcohol do you have available, and how much do
the drinks cost?
A: Please refer to the drink

Q: Does Orchestra Hall have glassware at the bar?
A: No, we do not have glassware at our bars. You are welcome
to work with your caterer to have glassware brought in. Otherwise we
would be happy to provide plastic ware.
Q: Are we allowed to bring in décor? If so, do you
have certain people that we have to use?
A: Yes, you are more than welcome to bring in décor to jazz up
your reception. We are happy to work with whoever you decide to use.
The only thing we ask is that there will not be any drilling, nailing,
or destruction of any kind to the Orchestra Hall property in order to
decorate.
Q: Are we able to have candles or votives burning on
the tables at our reception?
A: Votive candles are allowed with a permit from the fire
department. Candles must be in containers that are self-righting or
that extinguish the flame when tipped over.
Q: Does Orchestra Hall have tables and chairs
available to use for a reception?
A: Yes, we do have a small number of tables and chairs
available to rent/use depending on your event. You would need to
arrange linens to arrive from your catering service. Please refer to
the tables and chairs list (PDF). A
$200 set-up fee may apply.
Q: Do Orchestra Hall provide any parking spots if you
are renting Orchestra Hall?
A: Orchestra Hall is not associated with any of the ramps that
surround Orchestra Hall, so we cannot provide any parking for your
event. You would need to secure your parking needs on your own on the
day of the event.
